Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Custom printed items (including customer-provided designs) are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Defective/Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@alliprint.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
